We attract customers towards us by giving promotions and offers that they should come towards our product and try it, if they like it then for the purpose of selling it, we run paid campaigns and give promotional offers, then it is called marketing. Its purpose is to maintain the brand presence on social media platforms and increase the engagement with the audience. It means that we are creating the presence of a brand through social media platforms. Maintaining the brand that is already built. Reaching the audience. Making posters. Scheduling when to upload posts. Creating good posts for our products. Responding to comments and messages so that our audience stays connected with us. Monitoring trends. Mentioning the brand so that customers do not face too much trouble. Preparing engagement reports to know how our management, social media management, is working, whether it is doing the right thing or the wrong thing. The focus of social media management is on building engagement and regular presence of the brand on social media.
