Email marketing automation is a technique that allows a business to send emails automatically, which saves time and helps in better engagement with customers. Email marketing automation allows us to provide email service only to those customers who have joined us through the website.
How Email Marketing Automation Works?
Build an Email List
To create an email list, first collect the email IDs of your leads or customers. The more email IDs you have, the easier it will be for you to get an idea of how many customers and leads are on your email ID. That is why by collecting the email IDs of your leads or customers, you can send messages to all of them at once.
Segment Your Audience
Divide the customers into different groups on the basis of their behaviour, interest and activity. The customer who is attracted to the product should be kept in the same list. Instead of keeping all the customers in one list, keep them in separate groups. For example, keep women attracted to women, keep men attracted to men and keep children attracted to children.
Set Up Triggers
In email marketing, set a trigger to send an email when a specific action is taken or if you want to send any new information about your website to your customers, then set a trigger such as sign up, leave a code, make a purchase, etc. This is called setting a trigger.
Create Email Sequences
Prepare an email series to send to customers. For example, if you send any information about your product to the customers, you will send it in a series or in an opinion column so that your message looks attractive and the other person finds it clear and simple to read. That is why the email sent to the customers is called email skill.
Analyze & Optimize –
After the complete email ID is ready, analyze the results. Track and improve the open rate, click through rate and conversion rate. If there is any mistake in your email, analyze it and fix it immediately and then send it to the customers.
