Meaning
The full form of e-commerce is electronic commerce. It is a strategy where goods and services are exchanged and payment is received in return. In simple language we can say that here goods and services can be bought and sold.
Types of e-commerce
B2B -Business to Business
In B2B business, when two businesses buy each other’s common services, it is called business to business, such as one company sell raw material to another company.When a business buys and sells services or products from another business, it is called business to business.
B2C Business to Customer
When any customer buys goods from any business through direct contact, then it is called business to customer, like a seller goes to a wholesale shop and buys goods or like a customer goes directly to the business platform of Amazon Flipkart and buys the product there.
C2C Customer to Customer
There are many things that a customer can exchange with another customer. For example, through the OLX platform, any customer can sell any of his useful items to any customer. When there is a purchase and sale between two customers, it is called customer to customer.
C2B Customer to Business
When customers provide their services to a business, such as a freelancing website, what happens in this is that a customer provides his services to a customer, then it is called a business because the customer is getting the services done, so in this the customer is the seller and does the business
